THINGS TO KNOW

  • All classes are for ages Teen to Adults

  • Classes are held at 2 locations: 2601 Hog Mountain Rd, Watkinsville, GA  30677 (Oconee Presbyterian Church) and 3195 Barnett Shoals Rd. Athens, GA 30605 (St Gregory the Great Episcopal Church). See class description for location.

  • Singers must bring 2 hard copies of sheet music selection (instructors can help with song choice).

  • Classes start Thursday, January 30!

  • Public Performance: Saturday, May 3 at 6PM

  • Classes are taught by Dallas Bono, Eva Elarbee, Lisa Cesnik Ferguson, and William Whitefield, with occasional teaching guest artists.

  • Actors Studio

    This is a joyful scene study, improvisation and monologue exploration class! This is an energetic class that practices the craft of acting, using a myriad of techniques. Taught by Professor Lisa Cesnik Ferguson and occasional guest visits from other industry professionals in ATL

  • Musical Theater Workshop

    Broaden your knowledge of musical theater with coaches Dallas Bono and William Whitefield. This is a performance master class geared towards workshopping new repertoire, enhancing audition techniques to build self-confidence, and teaching vocal technique and characterization. From teen to adult, students will be encouraged to find their best repertoire choices for their ages and stages of life so they can build a solid foundation of songs and duets they can use to audition anywhere.

  • Dance for Musical Theater

    Whether you want to be a better dancer on stage, or just have fun and get some exercise, join us for this mini series of dance classes taught by choreographer Eva Elarbee. Our class will be divided into two main sections. The first part of class will be devoted to learning ballet and jazz foundations. The second part of class will focus on learning dance combinations, similar to choreography you would be asked to learn in a dance audition or during a show—mimicking the fast-paced learning environment of auditions, but in a friendly, fun setting.

  • Acting/Music Theater Combo

    Enjoy the best of both worlds. Spend the first hour in our Actors Studio class then join the Musical Theater Workshop to sing.
